Help Life 100.7 and The Salvation Army Omaha provide 1,007 Hoodies to people facing homelessness.
Another Nebraska winter is right around the corner, and this is your opportunity to help keep someone warm!
Life 100.7 is teaming up with The Salvation Army Omaha to help stock their Winter Night Watch program with new hoodies of all sizes to be given out this December through February. As thousands of men, women, and children face homelessness right here in the Metro, a brand-new hoodie donated by you will not only keep someone warm, but it may even be a catalyst to finding other avenues of help in their time of need. Our goal is to provide 1,007 Hoodies to these people in need!
Last year, the Winter Night Watch program served more than 8,100 hot meals and distributed more than 9,100 winter clothing items to people living on the streets of Omaha.
How can I donate a hoodie?
- You can buy a hoodie or several hoodies as you’re out shopping and bring them to the Life 100.7 studios through November 1. They will be given to the Salvation Army Omaha in time for this year’s Winter Night Watch deliveries.
- You can order a hoodie or several hoodies online and have them shipped to Life 100.7. You can order from this list already put together for you.
- You can also drop off new hoodies of any size at the Salvation Army Divisional Headquarters in Omaha.
