What: Calling all croppers, crafters, quilters, artists, and creatives! Join us for 13 hours of dedicated retreat time to work on your projects and engage in fellowship with other crafters. Don’t forget to invite your friends!
When: Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm. Doors open at 8:45 am.
Details: $35 for the event ($30 early bird registration from Sept. 3-Sept. 22) – Includes donut breakfast, one 8-foot reserved table, access to vendors, snacks and drinks throughout the day, free WiFi, free electricity*, Trash & Treasure Tables, and machine rental and ironing station (includes Cricut, AccuQuilt, Cutterpillar Light Table, and Steamfast Steam Press). *Please bring your own long extension cord.

**Optional Lunch $8 : Hy-Vee Soup and Sandwich Bar (Chicken Noodle, Chili, Assorted Cocktail Sandwiches)
**Optional Dinner $12: Valentino’s Family-Style Buffet (Hamburger, Pepperoni, and Cheese Pizzas, Baked Lasagne, Tossed Salad, and Cinnamon Twist Breadsticks)
Creative Memories “Strips n’ Flips” Class – FREE
**Meals must be purchased no later than Friday, October 4th.

Retreatants are welcome to attend our regularly scheduled Saturday Vigil Mass at 5:00pm.
There will be assigned seating. Please list anyone you would like to sit next to when prompted.
Proceeds benefit the St. Charles Borromeo Parish Community by helping to defray the cost of our SCB Banquet in November.
